Our Beginner Obedience Class is perfect for dogs of all ages—whether you’re starting fresh with a new pup or giving your longtime companion a helpful refresher. In this fun and supportive group setting, your dog will begin to build the confidence and focus needed for everyday situations, while developing a strong foundation for future training. It’s also a great opportunity for socialization, helping your dog learn to stay calm and engaged around other dogs and people. Whether your goal is better behavior at home or out in the world, this class is a great first step toward a well-mannered, happy companion. To celebrate your hard work, we offer professional photography at graduation—giving you the option to purchase beautiful keepsake photos of your dog’s accomplishment.

Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in any class or making a purchase through Green Gaits LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Class Booking & Refund Policy All sales for dog obedience classes are final. We do not offer refunds for missed or canceled classes. However, in the case of special or emergency circumstances, we may offer a one-time reschedule to a future session at our discretion. If a class is canceled by Green Gaits LLC (e.g., due to weather or staff emergency), we will offer options to reschedule. Product Sales Policy All product sales are final if product has been opened/used. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened/used dog-related merchandise, training tools, or supplies. Behavioral Requirements Our classes are designed to help dogs work through distractions, new environments, and other challenges. We welcome dogs of all skill levels and behavioral backgrounds—but for the safety and success of the group, we ask that dogs arrive leashed and under control. Dogs showing signs of aggression or extreme reactivity (toward people or other dogs) may be asked to leave the class environment. If a dog is deemed a detriment to the learning experience or safety of others, Green Gaits LLC reserves the right to remove the dog from class. No refunds will be given in these instances. In some cases, we may recommend private sessions as an alternative. Release of Liability By participating in dog obedience classes or any on-site events, you agree to release and hold harmless Green Gaits LLC, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any liability or claims related to: Injury or illness to yourself, your dog(s), or any guests you bring, loss or damage to personal property, any behavioral issues that may arise during or after training. Photo & Media Release By enrolling in our classes or attending events, you grant Green Gaits LLC permission to take and use photos and video footage of you and your dog for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. This includes use on our website, social media, and printed materials. No compensation will be provided. Communication Consent By signing up for classes or making a purchase, you consent to be contacted by Green Gaits LLC via email, text, or phone regarding: Future classes and workshops, events, promotions, or product announcements, important updates related to your booking. We promise to keep communication relevant and not excessive.
