Jim Petteys

Jim brings over 40 years of experience in sourcing and delivering high-quality forage both domestically and internationally. His deep knowledge of the agricultural industry and long-standing partnerships have been instrumental in developing innovative systems for producing, transporting, and distributing premium forage. Jim has helped set a high standard for moving Western U.S. hay across the country and around the world, with a focus on consistency, quality, and care. His expertise continues to shape the way Green Gaits serves horse owners with dependable, nutrition-focused products.

Jesse Petteys

Jesse leads operations at Green Gaits with a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Originally brought on to shape the vision of The Pavilion—Green Gaits’ event and hospitality space—Jesse quickly applied that same strategic thinking, and a drive for innovation and efficiency, to the business as a whole. With over a decade of marketing experience and a passion for thoughtful, guest-centered experiences, Jesse has helped evolve Green Gaits into a more modern, responsive operation while staying true to its core values of quality and consistency.

Ellen Greiner

Ellen grew up in New Jersey and has been immersed in the horse world since she was eight years old. Over the decades, she has developed a deep love for the Hunter discipline and continues to compete to this day. Her years of hands-on horse care have sparked a strong personal interest in equine nutrition, and she enjoys learning more each day to better support the health and well-being of the animals she loves. Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible with her horse, Sunny, and her two corgis, Rhett and Dolly. Whether she’s at the barn, the store, or simply out for a walk with her dogs, her love for animals shines through in everything she does.
